[IGSSTATION-6722] GOPE: missing data from 205P till 206K

Due to an error in the logging program at the on-site computer the data 
form the GOPE station has data gap from 2016 DOY 205 hour P till 2016 DOY 
206 hour K. The data is unrecoverable.
