We got an additional information from Reykjavik,Iceland:

They are still working on the wiring in the
building and will hopefully finish the most part
on Wednesday, 2016-07-20.

The Internet connection to the REYK GNSS Permanent
Tracking Station, Reykjavik, Iceland is interrupted.
