[IGSSTATION-6658] WROC: ME Firmware upgrade in Leica GR25

Dear Colleagues,

We have upgraded (May 23rd, 2016) the WROC station's ME Firmware in our Leica GR25 receiver from 6.521 to 6.522.
Since March 16th, 2016 we have been forced to turn off Galileo satelites tracking due to ME firmware bug, which has caused large instability in the receiver work. New Measurement Engine has repaired the bug and we are back to tracking GPS+GLONASS+GALILEO+QZSS+SBAS
An updated log file has been submitted today to EPNCB and IGSCB.
