[IGSSTATION-6653] FAA1 incorrect antenna changes for RX3 16138

Dear all, 

Please be advised that in the MGEX (RX3) files for FAA1 for 16138 , found 
in (e.g. for the daily file)
ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/gps/data/campaign/mgex/daily/rinex3/2016/138/16d/
there are two incorrect antenna changes. 

725235              LEIAR25.R4      NONE                    ANT # / TYPE
        0.1262        0.0000        0.0000                  ANTENNA: DELTA 
H/E/N
Unknown             Unknown                                 ANT # / TYPE
        0.0000        0.0000        0.0000                  ANTENNA: DELTA

CR620045039         ASH701945E_M NONE                       ANT # / TYPE
        0.0330        0.0000        0.0000                  ANTENNA: DELTA 
H/E/N

The station was recently recovered, but no antenna change took place, so 
the correct one is still the LEIAR25.R4
It is still under investigation what caused the erroneous lines to be 
added to the file.
Please discard the files until further notification. 

Note that the RX2 files for the same day/station were not affected.

3.6.6 APR,27,2016 in the JAVAD TRE_G3TH DELTA
in the WTZZ GNSS Permanent Tracking Station
in the Geodetical Observatory Wettzell, Germany,
2016-05-19T08:30Z.
