[IGSSTATION-6648] ZIMJ: Tracking Problems

Dear colleagues,

Since DOY 125 (May 04, 2016), site ZIMJ has been suffering from a degrading tracking performance, especially for the L2 observations at low elevation angles.
Therefore, we have interrupted data dissemination until the problem is solved.
