[IGSSTATION-6620] New swisstopo Monitoring web-pages for IGS/EUREF stations

Dear colleagues

Since many years, swisstopo operated a webpage under the official web address www.swisstopo.ch<http://www.swisstopo.ch> with interesting information concerning the performance of stations of the Swiss and the European Permanent Network:


-          RINEX2 and RINEX3 monitoring information (MULTI-GNSS frame work within EUREF)

-          Coordinate monitoring (real-time, hourly, daily, multi-annual)

-          Troposphere estimates and comparisons with radiosondes

-          Short baseline analysis (double stations)

-          Velocity field determination updated on a daily base (plot, velocity files, SINEX files).

Today, swisstopo has moved this information to a new platform: http://pnac.swisstopo.admin.ch  ("pnac" stands for Permanent Networks Analysis Center).
Information of about 100 IGS/EUREF stations are available.
Station operators of IGS/EUREF stations or Analysis Centers might be interested in the web page http://pnac.swisstopo.admin.ch/pages/en/agnes-status.html where for the EUREF/IGS stations (third column in the table labeled with "Quality Summary") lots of information is summarized - beside swisstopo processing details also extracts from the EUREF EPN and ACC web-pages.
Of interest could also be the RINEX3-Monitoring using the anubis and bnc tool: http://pnac.swisstopo.admin.ch/pages/en/anubis_monitor_r3.html

This mail especially should remind the users of the old system to replace the links with the new ones. Unfortunately, the old system was discontinued last Monday due to technical restrictions and new implemented IT security rules.
Feedback to the new web pages is highly appreciated.
