[IGSSTATION-6605] YAR2: External Frequency Planned Change [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

The external frequency (H-Maser) that is connected to the YAR2 IGS station is going to be disconnected for maintenance at approximately 2016-04-15T03:00Z. The frequency will be disconnected for approximately 2 months.

When the change occurs the station log file will be updated and posted to IGS and a confirmation email sent to IGS Station.
