[IGSSTATION-6592] MCHL: Antenna Failure [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Over the last few days we have noticed a degradation in number of L2 observations being tracked at the IGS station MCHL. This is an indication that the antenna, which has an identified manufacturing fault, is beginning to fail.

The antenna is scheduled to be replaced on 4/4/2016. In the meantime we apologise for the inconvenience.
