[IGSSTATION-6586] MIKL: firmware upgraded

Dear colleagues,
 
The receiver firmware/measurement engine of the Leica GR10 receiver on the MIKL station (Mykolaiv, Ukraine) was upgraded from the versions 3.00/6.113 to the versions 3.03/6.214 on 23-MAR-2016 15:18 UTC (DOY 083).

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS CB.
