[IGSSTATION-6576] Hardware replacements on NVSK station

Hello all!


We replace antenna and receiver on pillar of NVSK station, Novosibirsk, Russia, at 16 March. New hardware is  Trimble R7 GNSS (GPS+GLONASS) with Zephyr Geodetic 2 antenna. Place of antenna - old mark of 4700 Micro-centered L1\L2 antenna, up level changed above 1.2 cm, and now 6.1661 m (before is 6.1546 m).

Meteorological instruments was not changed, and working fine.

New site log was sended to IGS bureau.
