[IGSSTATION-6561] WROC: Firmware upgrade in Leica GR25

Dear Colleagues,

We have upgraded (10-Mar-2016) the WROC station's firmware in our Leica GR25 receiver from 3.21/6.403 version to 3.22/6.521.
An updated log file has been submitted today to EPNCB and IGSCB.
