[IGSSTATION-6551] NVSK lost data, part of DOY 060 and 061-062 full days

Hello all!


Due unknown receiver error we lost data: in DOY 060 - from 0-00 UTC to 08-27 UTC, and from 21-30 UTC to 23-59 UTC; and lost two days DOY 061 and 062. Receiver was started again at ~04 UTC in DOY 063.
