[IGSSTATION-6535] DAKR: resubmission of the daily RINEX file for 2016/051

Dear colleagues,

The daily data file for station dakr 2016/051 has been resubmitted to the IGS GDCs.  The original file was corrupt and has been replaced with a complete file.
