[IGSSTATION-6449] AUCK, DUND, MQZG and WGTN: wrong antenna model

Dear Colleagues,

we have recently discovered an error in the antenna model record for AUCK, 
DUND, MQZG and WGTN (all located in New Zealand).

The antenna model was wrongly recorded as TRM55971.00.

The correct code to be considered is TRM57971.00.

The time period of rinex files with a wrong record in the header are 
(year/doy):
AUCK: from 2011-059 to 2015-249
DUND: from 2010-328 to 2015-249
MQZG: from 2011-040 to 2015-249
WGTN: from 2010-318 to 2015-249

An updated version of the site log has been submitted to IGS Central 
Bureau. 

We are also updating the RINEX headers and will resubmit daily rinex files 
to IGN and CDDIS repositories.
