[IGSSTATION-6447] GOP6: missing hourly and daily data from period 346-348

Due to receiver's operation stoped the data from bellow periods are 
missing:
- 2015 DOY 346 hours F-N
- 2015 DOY 347 hours F-K
- 2015 DOY 347 hour V to DOY 348 hour P
The daily files from DOYs 346, 347 and 348 are also partially.
