[IGSSTATION-6437] GOP6: missing hourly and daily data from 343-344

Due to receiver's operation stoped the data from 2015:343-hour H to hour N 
and from 2015:343 hour V to 2016:344 hour U are missing. The daily files 
from DOY 343 and 344 are also partially.
