[IGSSTATION-6421] CHAT: wrong antenna code from 2001 to 2012

Dear Colleagues,

we have recently discovered an error in the antenna model record for CHAT 
(now decommissioned).

The time period affected runs from 2001-11-28 to 2012-03-06.

The antenna model was wrongly recorded as ASH701945C_M.

The correct code to be considered is ASH701945B_M.

An updated version of the site log has been submitted to IGS Central 
Bureau. 

We are also updating the RINEX headers and resubmitting daily rinex files 
to IGN and CDDIS repositories.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, and we appreciate 
your understanding.
