[IGSSTATION-6380] CRO1: back online

Greetings,

The antenna and radome at CRO1(Christiansted, US Virgin Island) were
replaced on 2015-09-24. The failed CRO1 antenna provided us an opportunity
to install a height extension, required to allow use of a calibrated
antenna/dome pair.

Data publication will resume following the release of the updated sitelog.

Maintenance and operations of the CRO1 station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory
(NRAO) St. Croix VLBA Station, with funding provided by NASA's Earth
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
