[IGSSTATION-6306] WROC: Technical problems, receiver replacement

Dear Colleagues,
due to our receiver (Leica GR25, sn:1830242, firmware:3.11.1639/6.403) failure there was a few hours long data gap.
>From Thursday, 2015-09-03T11:05Z until the receiver is fixed, we are using the following receiver: Leica GR25, sn:1870195, firmware:3.21.1806/6.403.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have cause.

An updated log file has been submitted today to EPNCB and IGSCB.
