[IGSSTATION-6277] GOP6: missing data DOY 230 hours O - R

Due to power failure (and also UPS failure) the receiver at the GOP6 station 
stoped operation and the data from 2015:230-from hour O till hour R are 
permanently lost and the data in 2015:230 hours N and S are only partially 
available.

We appologize for all inconveninces caused.
