[IGSSTATION-6254] GOP6: firmware upgrade

The firmware of the Leica GRX1200+GNSS receiver at the GOP6 permanent GNSS 
station was upgraded from version 8.71/6.112 to 9.20/6.404 on 2015-07-28 
22:30 UT. The updated site log was sent to the central bureau.
