[IGSSTATION-6149] MKEA - antenna replaced

Dear Colleagues,

The antenna at the Mauna Kea station in Hawaii (MKEA) has been replaced. Please see the updated site log at IGSCB for details.
Data starting from 2015-04-08, showing this new antenna, has been published.

Maintenance and operations of the MKEA station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the NRAO MKVLBA Station with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission.
