[IGSSTATION-6136] ISTA data gap

Subject: ISTA data gap

Dear colleagues,

the internet connection at ISTA site was reconfigured during the
last days but unfortunately also the harddisk failed during the time,
the connection to the site was interrupted.

Since day 092 the Station is up again and working normally.

Due to the harddisk failure we have a data gap from day 081 to 091.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
