[IGSSTATION-6086] WTZR data missing at OLG

Subject: Missing WTZR data at OLG

Dear colleagues,

the firewall at the geodetic observatory has some problems that we
can not send the data to OLG as usual.

I have made a workaround to solve this issue until the problem is
fixed.
The missing data have been transmitted.
