[IGSSTATION-5978] KOUG, KRGG - firmware upgrade

Dear colleagues,

The firmware has been upgraded to the version 3.10 for the receivers Leica GR10 on the following stations : KOUG and KRGG.
New sitelogs have also been submitted.
