[IGSSTATION-5885] BSHM - receiver replaced

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the JPS EGGDT receiver at the Haifa, Israel (BSHM) station was replaced with JAVAD TRE_G3TH DELTA.
Data  publication from the new receiver will commence shortly.

Maintenance and operations of the BSHM station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and Survey of Israel, with
