[IGSSTATION-5875] WES2 only tracking 34 mins/60 mins during day

Does any one know why WES2 is only returning the first 34-35 minutes of data each hour?  Problem seems to have started Day 185, 2014 (July 4; Week 1799 Day 5).
Rinex files drop from 620K to 460K.  As of day 194 we seem to losing even more data (rinex file is  281K).
