[IGSSTATION-5850] WES2 New Antenna

Dear Colleagues,
 The antenna at WES2 was replaced today. A new log will be submitted to the
IGSCB shortly. The new antenna is a JAVRINGANTE_DM NONE
Serial SN 00476

Data from 1300h-1500h should be ignored and we will be purging it from the
archives.
 Additional details will follow soon.The current receiver is scheduled to
be replaced next week
