Subject: station NIST reference signal change on June 10

Dear Colleagues,

The reference signals for station NIST was changed around 10:00 UTC. The reference signals are still from UTC(NIST) but there's a phase difference in the 5MHz before and after the change (due to the cable delay). The difference in 1PPS is within 50ps. At this time, we don't know the change of the IGST-UTC(NIST) value caused by the change of the reference signals. Data from 8:30 UTC to 10:00 UTC should not be used.

With best regards,

Victor Zhang
