[IGSSTATION-5812] PRDS: New external clock

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the external clock (H-MASER) was switched to a rubidium clock for NRCan station PRDS on 2014-06-05.  This was necessary due to a failure of the external H-MASER previously running at this site.  A new station log has been uploaded to the central bureau and the dataflow will resume as of 2014-06-06 00:00utc.  Please use caution with data published for 2014-06-06 as several adjustments were performed on the rubidium frequency standard before resuming the dataflow.
