[IGSSTATION-5808] PRDS: H-MASER failure

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that NRCan station PRDS suffered an external H-MASER failure on 2014-05-29.  Unfortunately, the communications also failed at this time so the problem was not detected until the comms were restored on 2014-06-04.  Any data during this period should be used with caution.  The dataflow has now been turned off until the external clock can be repaired or replaced.  We will advise the user community when the dataflow resumes.
