Subject: station NIST reference signal changes

Dear Colleagues,

We reset our timing signal back to what it had been before the step on 
April 21.  After analysis this step had been approximately 5 ns in the 
value of IGS Time - UTC(NIST).  So today, April 29 at about 1720 UT 
there was a step back of about the same value, i.e.a step of 
approximately -5 ns in the value of IGS Time - UTC(NIST).
