[IGSSTATION-5755] ASPA log updated with correct firmware

Dear Colleagues,
 I unfortunately specified the wrong firmware in the aspa_20140411 site
log saying FM 4.42 instead it is 4.41. Thanks to Dave Maggert for
pointing out the error. RINEX headers were/are correct. A new site log
has been submitted to IGSCB
