[IGSSTATION-5731] DUBO- Receiver Switched to External Frequency Standard

Dear Colleagues,

The TPS NET-G3A receiver at station DUBO was switched to track with a rubidium frequency standard at ~16:42ut today. An updated Site Log will be submitted to the IGSCB shortly.
