[IGSSTATION-5689] KSMV and KGNI: Delayed data transfer

Dear ALL

Due to a ftp script trouble and OS update of our server the data 
transfer from KSMV and KGNI was stopped on Dec. 13th of 2013. I've 
submitted the data sets of
  KSMV: DOY 344 of 2013 - DOY 054 of 2014
  KGNI: DOY 344 of 2013 - DOY 054 of 2014
to CDDIS and KASI data center today.

We appologize for any inconveniences that this may cause.
