[IGSSTATION-5676] ASI stations in Italy - data flow interrupted

Please be adviced that on February 6, 2014 the ASI Operational Centre had a 
failure on one of the control computer.
Data flow for AQUI, MAT1, MATE, MATG (mgex), MEDI and USAL stations is 
interrupted.
We are working to fix the problem and restart the data flow as soon as 
possible.
