[IGSSTATION-5674] IENG: Master Clock replacement

Dear colleagues,

this message is to inform that on 2014 February 5th (DOY 35 ; MJD 
56693), the MC (Master Clock) used to generate UTC(IT) time scale 
driving IENG station, had been replaced from the previous AHM (Active 
Hydrogen Maser) "Datum MHM 2010A - s/n 0100000214" to the current AHM 
"KVARZ CH1-75A - s/n 2111210808ME34".

In order to carry out this INRIM "Time and Frequency/RadioNavigation" 
Laboratories maintenance activity, IENG operations had been suspended 
since 07:47 UTC to 13.36 UTC.

IENG station "log-file" will be updated accordingly to report the MC 
replacement.

We apologize for any inconvenience mentioned operation could have caused.
