[IGSSTATION-5663] OPMT: change of reference H-Maser on DOY 028.

Dear Colleagues,

We have performed on IGS station OPMT a change of external reference clock on DOY 028, MJD 56685, Tuesday January 28, 2013, at about 09:00 UTC. The new reference clock is again an H-Maser, so we expect the performances of data collected by OPMT to remain similar.

We advise potential users that OPMT data files might be corrupted for DOY 028.

A new log file for OPMT is joined below.
