[IGSSTATION-5661] MADR receiver changed

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that MADR(Madrid, Spain) station's ASHTECH Z-XII3 receiver has been replaced with JAVAD TRE_G3TH DELTA. Data publication will commence from 2014.015.

The updated site log is available at IGSCB:

http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/station/log/madr_20140123.log

MAD2 station, equipped with ASHTECH Z-XII3T receiver operating  from the same antenna, continues to provide data.
