[IGSSTATION-5599] UZHL: receiver/antenna change

Dear colleagues,

On 12-NOV-2013 07:48 UTC the receiver "NOV OEMV3" (s/n 60002) and the antenna "NOV702GG        NONE" (s/n 70013) were changed with the receiver "NOV OEMV3" (s/n 50014) and the antenna "NOV702GG        NONE" (s/n 90006) at the UZHL station (Uzhgorod, Ukraine).

The antenna height was changed from 0.0000 m to 0.0063 m.

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS CB.

The GPS/GLONASS observations were restarted on 12-NOV-2013 07:48 UTC (DOY 316).
