[IGSSTATION-5570] HOLP: receiver firmware upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS updated the receiver firmware at the Hollydale (HOLP) IGS station back in June.  The details of the new firmware are below.

I will publish data from Sept 11 to the present day beginning next week.  I am uncertain if the data from Jun 19 - Sept 10 is available due to the US Federal Government shutdown.  If those data become available later, I will send out an additional notice.  This station is maintained and operated by the USGS Pasadena office.
