[IGSSTATION-5556] OHI3 Replacement of the malfunctioning LEIAR25.R3 antenna SN 09310010 with a new LEIAR25.R4 antenna SN 725282

Ladies and Gentlemen

Our colleague, Mr. Ruslan Artemenko, German Aerospace
Center (DLR), at present in the German Antarctican Receiving
Station GARS O'Higgins, replaced the malfunctioning
LEIAR25.R3 antenna, serial number 09310010, and the
LEIT radome with a new LEIAR25.R4 antenna, serial number
725282 with a new LEIT radome in the OHI3 GNSS Permanent
Tracking Station, 2013-09-28T16:00Z.

With the great help and excellent support of Mr. Ruslan Artemenko,
of Mr. Comandante Alex Vidal (Puna Arenas), of Mr. Italo Panicucchi
(ULTRAMAR, Punta Arenas) the new antenna could be brought in an
all-time record from the Geodetical Observatory Wettzell, Germany
to O'Higgins / Antarctica.
