[IGSSTATION-5535] incorrect RINEX receiver names: BJFS, SUWN, ...

It is a strict requirement that RINEX headers report only
valid receiver, antenna, and radome names according to the
IGS resource:
ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/station/general/rcvr_ant.tab
If an equipment model is not listed in this file, then the
Central Bureau should be contacted for new additions.
Here are some stations that are not following this rule (not
necessarily a complete list, just stations affecting the NGS
processing):
BJFS -- RINEX receiver = "NetR8"
correct name = "TRIMBLE NETR8"
SUWN -- RINEX receiver = "Trimble NetR9"
correct name = ???????????????
The correct version of the RINEX name is "TRIMBLE NETR9"
but the log file, which has not been updated since
2005-01-27 lists the current receiver as "TRIMBLE NETRS"
Efforts by station operators to supply correct, valid equipment
names would be very helpful and appreciated.
