[IGSSTATION-5495] ESOC stations: Rinex 2.11 to contain GPS/GLONASS only

Dear all, 

Please be informed that as of tomorrow (14/08/2013) all Rinex 2.11 files 
for the stations managed by ESOC will be confined to contain only GPS and 
GLONASS.

This affects the ESOC/IGS stations VILL, KIRU, KOUR, NNOR, FAA1, MAS1 and 
MGUE. For MAL2, this limitation was already imposed by the type of 
receiver. 

For access to multi-GNSS data for the above mentioned stations (except for 
MAL2 and MGUE) as well as CEBR, please refer to the MGEX campaign, with 
data available on the CDDIS server under the following paths: 

/pub/gps/data/campaign/mgex/daily/rinex3/
/pub/gps/data/campaign/mgex/hourly/rinex3/

Site logs for the stations will be updated as soon as the limitation has 
been applied
