The receiver/antenna upgrade at NRCan station YELL was completed on July 17th at ~ 20ut.  GNSS data should now be flowing to the global data centres.
A new IGS site log will be uploaded to the IGSCB shortly.  Here are the important changes:

An upgrade to IGS Station YELL will be performed on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at ~18ut.  A GNSS compatible receiver and antenna will be installed.  An up-to-date site log will be submitted once the upgrades are complete.
