Dear colleagues,

Please be advised that the station URUM (Urumqi, China) is offline since 
2013-07-16T13:45Z due to a hardware failure. The receiver is tracking on 
GPS L1 only and we want to avoid producing corrupt data.

We are up to send new hardware to Urumqi.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
