[IGSSTATION-5468] ZIMJ: resubmission of the daily data file DOY 13/183

Dear colleagues,

the daily data file DOY13/183 (02-JUL-2013) from ZIMJ contains wrong time stamps. After an update of the JAVAD rinex converter JPS2RIN (linux version) the time stamps are correct.
The corrected daily data file has been submitted to the IGS DCs CCDIS, BKG, IGN, and SIO.
