[IGSSTATION-5461] STJO: Data Outage and Corrupt Data Files

Dear Colleagues,

IGS Station STJO experienced a data outage between DOY 182 at ~22ut and DOY 183 at ~11ut.  This data was not recoverable.

In addition, an internal error in the GNSS receiver created corrupt data files on DOY 184 between ~12ut and ~22ut.  These files should be considered suspect and have been removed from our ftp site.

The STJO receiver is now tracking properly.

We apologize for any inconvenience these issues have caused.
