[IGSSTATION-5446] BOGT: hard drive failure

Dear Colleagues,

We recently had hard drive failure at the Bogota, Columbia (BOGT) IGS 
station.
It is highly likely that this failure will case a data gap. We are 
working on
fixing this problem as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the BOGT station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and Servicio Geológico Colombiano with funding
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science 
Mission Directorate.
