Dear Colleagues,

This email is a notification that we are planning to remove the JPLA radome at YAR2.

The removal is scheduled to take place on 2013-06-18, a further IGSSTATION mail will be sent once the change has been made. At this point there is no intention to replace or reinstall the radome and it is not yet planned to upgrade the antenna/receiver combination to multi GNSS.

For your information, the position of the radome with respect to the antenna will be surveyed prior to removal and the radome returned to Geoscience Australia with the intention to, at some point in the future, undertake a robotic calibration.

We welcome any feedback on this intended change.

Kind regards,

Ryan Ruddick
